QO-100 Coverage from 26° East

Qatar-OSCAR 100 (QO-100 for short) is a geostationary amateur radio rideshare system carried on board commercial satellite Es'hail-2. It is a joint project by the Qatar Satellite Company (Es'hailSat), the Qatar Amateur Radio Society (QARS) and AMSAT Deutschland (AMSAT-DL).

QO-100 has two transponders (narrowband and wideband) with uplinks in 2.4 GHz and downlinks in 10.45GHz.

• Wideband:   Uplink  2401.5-2409.5    Downlink  10491.0-10499.0
  • Frequencies above are in MHz.
  • Uplinks are Right Hand Circular Polarised - RHCP
  • Downlinks are Linear Polarised: NB-Horizontal, WB-Vertical
